Welcome to the library's guide on pro-Kremlin disinformation and propaganda. It provides access to relevant and authoritative information resources about the characteristics, execution and extent of the various disinformation campaigns being directed at European Member States and their citizens and are part of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine. It also includes references to the decisions and measures taken by the Council and other EU institutions to counter such disinformation.
The resources include books and research papers, actions at EU level and by various organisations, selected podcasts and videos, and well-documented websites. The selections are by no means exhaustive.
