Malvina Nissim is Associate Professor at the University of Groningen and the keynote speaker in the webinar on Gender Bias in Artificial Intelligence. Her fields of expertise are Computational Linguistics and Natural Language Processing, and her research focuses on the interaction between human-made data and machine learning. She graduated in Linguistics from the University of Pisa, and obtained her PhD in Linguistics from the University of Pavia.
