Access to subscribed resources may be restricted to Council users or to users in subscribing institutions. Many publications are available in Open Access.At the heart of the Council Library are the Council Bibliographies. A unique collection of books, articles, theses and other publications that examine the European Council, the Council of the EU and the General Secretariat of the Council from an academic point of view.
In this guide discover resources carefully curated by the Library. On the dedicated page in the Library's catalog, Eureka, you will be able to browse and search the complete bibliography. It is an ever-growing collection rich in new references from print and electronic resources.
