Access to subscribed resources may be restricted to Council users or to users in subscribing institutions. Many publications are available in Open Access.Belgium holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2024, from 1 January to 30 June. This is the thirteenth time they have held the presidency. Belgium was the first country to hold the six month's rotating presidency, from from January to June in 1958.
