Responsible Artificial Intelligence : ethics and regulation

Artificial intelligence can help improve lives, solve societal challenges, increase security of EU citizens, improve our health systems and help us fight the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time,  it can entail a number of risks which must be taken into consideration in the EU legislative process and policy making. This guide includes research publications on Artificial Intelligence and ethics.

The Library guides contain a selection of relevant resources from the online Eureka catalogue of the Council Libraries. They also contain titles beyond our collections, including open-access publications and websites. The Library guides do not necessarily represent the positions, policies or opinions of the Council of the European Union or the European Council.
