Gender equity

Does equity have gender? Is it an issue only for women? Who benefits from it and who can play a role? How can we all embrace it?

To mark International Women's Day, the Council is organising an event on March 7 centered around the theme of gender equity. It will shed light on why an alliance between men and women is necessary and beneficial for both. Particular emphasis will be placed on role models and social expectations of women and men.  Dr. Loes Meeussen from KU Leuven will also be on hand to discuss gender norms.

This library guide contains a selection of relevant resources on gender equity.

Browsing through the tabs you will find books and articles, EU publications, podcast episodes, videos and websites. There is also a selection of resources from Dr. Meeussen.
