Access to subscribed resources may be restricted to Council users or to users in subscribing institutions. Many publications are available in Open Access.

Welcome to the Library Guide on EU - US relations 

The European Union (EU) and the United States (US) represent 780 million people who share democratic values, as well as a stake in the global rules-based multilateral system. For the last 60 years, the EU and the US have worked together to promote common values, including peace, freedom, and the rule of law.

This Library Guide provides access to authoritative information and resources on the relationship between the European Union and the United States of America. This includes books, articles, databases, websites, podcasts, videos and EU publications.
