Many publications are available in Open Access.Hybrid learning methods have come to prominence in recent years, even more so during the pandemic and related lockdowns. With offices and workplaces alternating between closures and re-openings, organisations need to find an effective way to ensure the continued training and development of their team members regardless of where they may be. Hybrid learning combines factors of both online and in-person instruction to accommodate shifting presence schedules.
The Council Library has assembled this guide on blended learning featuring resources for both organisations and employees. Included within are pre-made layouts for Learning and Development staff to implement their own plans, studies demonstrating the efficacy of e-learning methods, and helpful descriptions of hybrid learning models that will benefit both employee and employer.
