Hybrid learning

Hybrid learning methods have come to prominence in recent years, even more so during the pandemic and related lockdowns. With offices and workplaces alternating between closures and re-openings, organisations need to find an effective way to ensure the continued training and development of their team members regardless of where they may be. Hybrid learning combines factors of both online and in-person instruction to accommodate shifting presence schedules.

The Council Library has assembled this guide on blended learning featuring resources for both organisations and employees. Included within are pre-made layouts for Learning and Development staff to implement their own plans, studies demonstrating the efficacy of e-learning methods, and helpful descriptions of hybrid learning models that will benefit both employee and employer.

Please note:

Access to subscribed resources may be limited to Council users or to users in subscribing institutions. Reuse of the covers is prohibited, they belong to the respective copyright holders.

Additional resources may be added to this list by request - please contact the Council Library to suggest a title: library@consilium.europa.eu

The Library guides contain a selection of relevant resources from the online Eureka catalogue of the Council Libraries. They also contain titles beyond our collections, including open-access publications and websites.
