Access to subscribed resources may be restricted to Council users or to users in subscribing institutions. Many publications are available in Open Access.To help citizens stay informed of the European Union’s actions to restore the security of supply and lower energy prices, the Council Library has compiled a library guide of relevant and authoritative resources.
