Council staff and trainees are automatically registered with the Library and can use all library services and resources. For other users, please check the complete information.
Access to subscribed resources may be restricted to Council users or to users in subscribing institutions. Many publications are available in Open Access.

On 10 January 2023, the EU and NATO signed a joint declaration in Brussels: they decided to expand and deepen their cooperation on areas such as:
"The transatlantic relationship and EU-NATO cooperation, in full respect of the principles set out in the Treaties and those agreed by the European Council, including the principles of inclusiveness, reciprocity and decision-making autonomy of the EU, are key to our overall security."
